Assistant Director

Preschool Director qualified by MSDE Office of Child Care standards for a center of 40+ children
Bachelor degree in early childhood education or a related field and a thorough understanding of OCC licensing standards, Maryland accreditation standards, and developmentally appropriate practices are preferred

Lead Teacher

Bachelor degree from an institution of higher learning or 120 semester hours of college credit and two years experience at the preschool level.
Bachelor degree in early childhood education or a related field, 90-hour Child Care certification, 9 clock hours of communication training, and two years of preschool level center-based work experience preferred.

Senior Staff

90-hour Child Care certification (45 hrs. child growth and development and 45 hrs. preschool curriculum and materials), 9 clock hours communication training, and one year supervised work experience at the preschool level or one year college credit or a combination of the two
Two years of preschool level center-based work experience preferred

Aide

9 clock hours communication training
Supervised work experience at the preschool level
